Return Policy
We want all our international customers to enjoy the authentic taste of Liebe Shito Sauce. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unopened, unused products. Due to food safety laws, we cannot accept returns of opened jars.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days. Send your order number, photos, and details to tinaliebe2023@gmail.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear on your account.
Return Shipping
If the issue is our fault, we’ll cover return shipping.
For other returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for shipping fees and customs duties.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a video upon opening your order along with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
How to Return

We will send you a return authorisation and instructions.
Securely package your item and send it to the provided return address.
Return Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, incorrect item), we will cover return shipping.
For other returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return postage.
