For customers purchasing from outside the UK or for exports from Ghana and the UK

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

  • UK & Europe: 3–10 business days
  • North America: 7–14 business days
  • Africa, Asia & Oceania: 10–20 business days

Shipping times depend on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delayed or Lost Orders

While rare, delays can occur due to customs or courier issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll assist in tracking or replacing it.
